Designers and stylists use fashion illustrations as vehicles to communicate their latest creations, and for many, the numbers themselves are secondary, afterwards the birth of a garment.
And it is quite good. After all, that is their destination. What one artist named Edgar Artis made with the technique, however, is a welcome departure. With atypical materials and strategic cutouts that reflect his point of unconventional on a style if there is, his work is a beautiful blip on the radar dress.
