It is almost the end of January, and the East Coast is only now receive the winter time it deserves, but do not forget that in the Midwest, it is suitably cold outside right now.
How cold, you ask? So cold that the frozen trousers can stand by themselves! The neighbor Minneapolis native Tom Grotting felt the winter blues, so he took him to cheer him up by raising pants frozen in a standing position by themselves. The result is a fun (and kind of creepy) illusion that makes it look like the invisible man shivering in Minnesota wearing nothing but their jeans.
neighbor Tom Diane naturally gets a little disappointed in the months tundra of a Minnesota winter. So to cheer him up (I think) he erected frozen jeans around his yard.

The jeans were first soaked in water and handled watching as they had the legs inside. That's where freezing temperatures have come into play.
