As Americans, we got a little reputation. We were once considered the largest country in the world (and still are in the race a year), we have a penchant for all things that involve bacon, and the leading cause of death in our country is heart disease. Some people consider this stereotype to be a bad thing. Others seem to embrace.
One person who embraces our label that people prone to heart problems have created a recipe that will surely harden the arteries. When you see it, you know it's glorious and totally worth it.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Bacon Mac and Cheese Quesadilla.

This recipe calls for two pounds of bacon, half a pound of macaroni, eight ounces of grated cheddar cheese a cup of half and half, two tablespoons unsalted butter, one and teaspoons half of Dijon mustard, half a tablespoon of salt, half a teaspoon black pepper, and a teaspoon of hot sauce quarter.

1. Preheat oven to 425? F
2. Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil. Make a bacon weave on each cooking plate. Cut the corners to make the bacon weave circular. Put the pieces aside and cook the tissues for about 15 minutes or until crisp.
3. Wear heavily salted pot of water to boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain.
4. Return pot to medium-high heat. Add the bacon pieces you cut weavings. Bake until crisp for about five minutes. Break up large pieces with a wooden spoon. Reduce heat to low, add the drained pasta and remaining ingredients. Stir until cheese is melted and combined.
5. Transfer bacon weaves a mesh or paper towels and let cool for five minutes. Put armor on a cutting board. Top with mac and cheese. Cover with the other armor. Cut into six pieces.
