This is what you need:

• 1 macaroni box
• 5 tablespoons butter
• 3 cups of milk
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 cheddar cheese cups
• 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup flour
• food coloring

Mix all ingredients (minus the macaroni and food coloring) in a saucepan and place over medium heat. Stir constantly until the cheese reaches the right consistency.

After separation of the cheese mixture into bowls, add some food coloring and stir until combined to make cheese d a different color.
