There are over 70 different cat breeds and many of them have become domesticated for man to have as pets. They are valued for their camaraderie and their ability to hunt vermin such as mice and rats.

But one thing they do not benefit is to be on the receiving end of a prank. (Too bad for them.)

When these human beings balloons attached to their cats via static electricity, naturally makes for a pretty hilarious afternoon.
