Nobody likes to be yelled at by their boss. Unfortunately though, it is bound to happen at least once. In these moments, we must remember that while we berate us, we are still valid. Of course, the boss is crazy now, but they will not always be angry and they might even apologize later.
Yet this does not sting as much when it happens. Bosses, on the other hand, must also be careful when dishing out lashings of language. Berating someone might trigger a mental health issue underlying that can lead to tragic situations.
A video currently being shown CCTV images of a viral boss reprimanding an employee. After he takes away the employee calmly walks to the window, opens it, and jumps to his colleagues know what happens.
This (potentially false) video contains content that some may find disturbing.
