It feels like every day a new study just how we must live our lives. These "foolproof" Studies say the latest "magic" food to add years to our lives, or a miracle cure to treat an existing condition. However, like everyone else, you know there will always be a study not too far down the road everyone says exactly the opposite.
However, some studies are patently false, and have been scientifically refuted. These 16 "healthy" habits are not only cost you money, but may affect you long term.
1. The use of a permanent office

2. Using hand sanitizer

Norovirus and C. difficile, two common infections are immune to disinfecting gels. If you really want to have clean hands, simply wash the whole day.
3. Avoid microwave

4. Drink almond milk

Yes, almond milk contains more protein than regular milk. However, it contains only 2% of daily protein requirements while having none of the same vitamins as regular milk.
5. Juicing

6. Holding your breath after someone sneezes

A sneeze can travel up to 0 miles per hour. That means it's already hit your eyes, mouth or nose.
7. Eat egg whites

10. Use of toilet seat covers

Your kidneys and liver are more powerful than any system based diet that you can arrange. Take diets cleanse and learn to eat better.
13. gluten Stay away

Only about 1% of the population suffers from celiac disease (a disease that makes them sensitive to gluten). For the other 99% of the population, there is no evidence confirmed that the gluten has a negative impact.
14. The use of a recumbent

15. Taking too much vitamin C

How do you feel now? Personally, I have to rethink a lot of habits and behaviors that I started to hang in adulthood. I mainly need to lay everything almond milk.
