In the world of serial killers, there are some names that stand above the rest. One of these names is Ted Bundy. For four years in the 1970s, Bundy and his crimes terrorized the nation. Overall, we think that Bundy was responsible for at least 30 sadistic murders across the United States. While most serial killers deny their evil nature, Bundy was well aware of her and even kissed. Shortly before his execution, he describes himself as "the son of the most cold-blooded bitch you ever met."
Bundy was born to a single mother in Vermont in 1946 and raised by his grandparents. to avoid stigma at the time, Bundy was told his grandparents were his real parents and his mother was actually his older sister.

Bundy preferred method to attract his victims was to impersonate a authority figure or pretend he was hurt. For example, at the time of the first Bundy murders, people reported seeing a man with a broken arm asking people for help carrying books to his car.

The police initially thought that maybe they were burglary tools and Bundy under supervision while they studied. They noticed that the description of Bundy matched that of the suspect wanted for the 1974 killings Seattle. A detective flew from Salt Lake City to Seattle to interview girlfriend long distance Kloepfer Elizabeth Bundy. While investigators could not link Bundy any murders in Seattle, the Utah, or Colorado, they had enough to charge him with kidnapping and assault of a victim who escaped. In March 1976, Bundy was convicted and sentenced to 15 years in prison. However, Bundy has not quite finished.

After his second prison break, Bundy managed to Aspen, Colorado, in Tallahassee, Florida, through a combination of hitchhiking, trains and stolen cars. Once in Tallahassee, Bundy decided not to keep killing, but it did not last long. Soon the body turn on the campus of the State University of Florida. Bundy was again arrested during a traffic stop in Florida after the officer discovered Bundy was driving a stolen car.

After a long trial for the many murders he committed, Bundy received three sentences to death. Bundy and his legal team appealed the penalty for the next nine years before finally being realized. After exhausting the appeals process, when it became clear he would be executed, Bundy decided to confess to all his murders and cooperate with investigators. He also shared details of how he killed his victims and what he did with them afterwards. During the last months of his life, Bundy confessed to the full range of his crimes to Special Agent William Hagmaier. One of the things that he admitted to return to the sites where he had the body dumped his victims to have sex with them until the breakdown forced him to stop.
The January 24, 1989, Bundy was executed by electric chair.

While Bundy confessed to 30 murders finally, some researchers put the number as high as 100 or more. Obviously, Bundy was a very sick man, but he was also very clever. He knew how to manipulate people and the system to go out with his crimes. It was one of the most psychopathic killers series to ever live.
