Growing up, I am not the biggest fan of potatoes baked. They just seemed like the bottom cousin potato puree and fried. However, like a good wine, my tastes improved with age and baked potatoes quickly became my go-to dish favorite dish.

Ingredients:

  • Hot sauce
  • Chives (for presentation)

Directions:

  1. Hollow a baked potato with a spoon.
  2. Add a piece of Red Leicester cheese in the center.
