If you've ever wandered around Manhattan, you've probably been warned of "street meat" and all his wickedness. With the rise of food trucks, however, talent providers have started the process transformation that reputation around.
that said, the street food is a big part of Asian culture, and it is generally not associated with grossness as here. the approach of this chef Chinese crafts is something you really need to see to believe. Eat your heart out, street meat!
