Many people use glasses or contact lenses to correct their vision. Since only a small part of the world has perfect vision, wearing glasses has since become just another common fashion accessory in our world, not unlike wearing a watch or necklace.
Some visually impaired people, however, wish they never had to put them on first. They see it as a hassle to always have their glasses, and to daily touch can take a lot of getting used to.
Yet it is worth it in the end to see clearly, which is something that little girl learned fairly quickly. Watch to see her parents for the first time is quite a sight to see, as it perfectly captures the struggle of wearing glasses for the first time.
At first, you are resistant to change, as most people. You might think that the glasses are for nerds, and you're not a nerd. Then you grow a little tired of having to squint to see things.
So you put on the glasses and ... oh my God! I can see clearly! What makes me smile.

Wait until the girl sees the difficulties and joys of contacting for the first time. "Touch your eyeball! Gross! But I guess if I do not want to wear glasses, I have, so here goes ..."
