Hopefully some of anger Matsumura will be suppressed by recent reports indicating that it is safe for all residents to return to the area. Cleared for safety, outside of very small areas around the reactors, radiation levels pose no threat to life, including in the water.
It will probably still take time for the wounds to heal the city, but thanks to this amazing man, animals that were left behind have a chance to future too.
