There are few things in this life that most terrifying earthquakes. If you're lucky you'll ever experience one firsthand. But even if you can not stand the horror of a real shake earth, there are much more tectonic there that seem to be designed terror in mind.
Take this video, for example. It was taken in the city of La Spezia, Italy. The film shows a cobbled street "breathing", with the soothing sound of water rushing in the background.

the cause of what is happening is very likely a cave under the street to running water through it. One speaker speculates that perhaps the movement is caused by the waves breaking nearby.
