If you have not already heard, broadband northwestern Canada near Calgary, the energetic heart of the country, is now in flames. A fast forward wildfire threatens thousands of homes and lives. Images from the fire front line are absolutely devastating. This is what I imagine the Apocalypse will look like ...
The fire, which started on Sunday has only increased in intensity. Until now, it had consumed 18,500 acres and forced the evacuation of at least 88,000 people.
The majority of these evacuations took place in and around the city of Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada.

This number of evacuees expected to climb under fire continue to deteriorate in the coming days. Fortunately, however, a break in the unusually hot and humid weather is expected on the weekend with a chance of rain.

In addition to destroying nearly 1,0 buildings in the Fort McMurray area, the fire also forced much of the lucrative production Alberta oil to halt. Many oil companies are not directly affected by the fire have also chosen to stop fearing the future operations of road closures

Although the cause of the fire is difficult, many have already blamed worsening terms of climate change.
Fortunately, no casualties directly related to the fire, but the evacuation centers close to the flame are almost full and many are running short of food and water.
