This is not only a planter made on an old computer. This is a planter that is also a work computer. Mike Schropp, the technophile and other things nerdy blogger Total Geekdom, needed a bit of greenery in his basement to balance its technology projects. He decided to experiment with the heat generated by a computer and its effect on the growth of wheatgrass. Using only a computer can acrylic plexiglass, he made this amazing combination of technology and nature for only $ 10. Check out the photos below for more information on how Schropp made his planter computer.
Schropp started with one day a given computer.

He completely emptied if he had a lot of space to work.

Schropp done top cover of the computer acrylic. Since acrylic is not ideal for heat transfer, it attaches the tubes on the cover to hold the soil.
Total Geekdom
The tubes sit inside the computer to absorb more of the heat produced.

After the frame and planters ended, has begun rebuilding the computer around the tubes.

He added soil and wheatgrass ...
