Trevor Sullivan is a 15 year old boy who lives in Detroit, Michigan, and it is just like any other. He likes hanging out with friends, playing sports and spending time with his family. But while he was playing football one day, Sullivan knew something was off. His parents did not know what was going on and he chalked up to allergies, but it was more than that. Soon after, the teen was hospitalized for heart failure.
He was placed on the donor list immediately, and after eight months, he received a new heart. His parents decided to record his reaction after awakening from surgery, and it will give you chills.
