The future is now, it's just not what we expected. The future promised us with jet packs and flying cars will probably never become a reality, but a new vision of the future is taking shape.

A science which is bound to have a huge impact on the future of humanity is a bio technology. We already see it hit the mainstream with portable devices that monitor our heart rate and other vital signs. A growing number of people take bio technology to the next level and become modern cyborgs. Some of them are quite bizarre.
