There is nothing quite like the English coast. However, things like pollution and climate change threaten the future of the fragile ecosystem. The last, most bizarre example is a discovery made by residents near Poldhu Beach in Cornwall earlier this week. Although not quite as overwhelming as other disasters, it is a cautionary tale ...

But it was the scene earlier this week. Out of the nowhere, at least 2,000 bright pink bottle washed ashore detergent

Volunteers from the surrounding area have worked all night to clean disorder, but they were still left scratching their heads about where exactly the bottles come.

as much as called to say they probably fell from a container ship somewhere off the coast and were brought ashore by the tide.

While officials are trying to track down the true origin, everyone is advised stay away from the beach. "Cornwall Council has been informed of stranded plastic bottles reports on Poldhu Beach," the statement read. "The National Trust, which owns the beach, arranged for the bottle cleared. Meanwhile, the public is advised to keep children and dogs a safe distance bottles should be washed up. "

this is just horribly weird. These container ships can carry some pretty nasty things. what prevents something even more toxic of just "fall" and washing on the next shore?
