When you escape narrowly something horrible, you tend to take one of two attitudes. The first: "Whoa That was close, I must be really lucky.". Or second, "Holy crap Someone or something is out to get me I'd better be careful from now on.".
I'm not sure what this camp YouTuber falls into, but I'm leaning toward the former. If I narrowly survived an almost direct lightning strike like that, I might start to think I'm a lucky streak.
on the other hand, maybe the gods have cursed this guy and they're trying to do. I read somewhere that Zeus was actually a pretty lousy shot with his thunderbolt.
