A man in India will definitely not win father of the year round soon. Last week, Abdul Hussein tried to bury his 10 year old daughter living simply because she was a girl. Fortunately for the little girl, her neighbors intervened before Hussein could complete his heinous act.
Hussein waited until his wife was out, would have bound his young daughter with rope and duct tape his mouth shut.

He then took her in his garden and began to bury. When his wife returned home, Hussein managed to bury his daughter to his chest. Hussein has placed a bamboo basket on her head to hide the young girl half-buried until he can come back and finish the job.

the woman Hussein demanded to know where her daughter was. The family's neighbors soon discovered the little girl buried in the garden. That's when they faced Hussein and called the police.

The Police arrived and arrested Hussein after being beaten by his neighbors. He is currently charged with attempted murder. The most deadly incident in Tripura in northeastern India. Unfortunately, incidents of violence against girls like these are quite common throughout India.

I am pleased that the father was taken before something worse happened to the poor girl. I hope she can get the help they need to recover from such a traumatic experience.
