You might not have heard, but in mid-April, there was a absolutely devastating magnitude 7.8 earthquake in Ecuador. The death toll from the earthquake has exceeded 500 in the coastal areas along the Pacific Ocean. In the weeks that followed, the security camera images that were running during the earthquake surfaced. The film is straight out of a disaster movie.
In its wake, the earthquake left at least 500 dead, 107 missing and more 4,000 injured.

The earthquake also managed to damage nearly 1,500 buildings and triggered numerous landslides. In total, more than 20,000 people were forced to leave their homes and in shelters.
