They all seem almost deliberately so, and few random connections if at all can be traced back to a compelling suspect.

Zebb Quinn finished his shift at Wal-Mart at 21:00 on January 2nd 00. He then met with his friend, Robert Owens in the parking lot. The two drove separately to watch a car Quinn was interested in buying.

On the way to the car lot, Quinn shot the side of the road and flashed its lights, indicating to the Owens appropriately shoot too. He said Owens he had just received a page and need to return the call. He seemed frantic. When driving away, he even accidentally rear-ended vehicle Owen.

Stranger still, two weeks after his disappearance from Quinn's car was found in a restaurant in front of the hospital where his mother worked. Inside the car were an odd assortment of items. They included a hotel key card, liquor bottles, a jacket that was not part of Quinn, and a black labrador puppy. A pair of lips were fired at the windshield with two exclamation points.

Although Robert's story Owens is a bit fragile and in fact, it is one of the main suspects, there is nothing that binds him to the disappearance of Quinn. Misty and her boyfriend were also cleared of any wrongdoing. It is very possible that we will never know what happened that day, 15 years ago.
